I would like to start by giving you a brief introduction to Student Bookshop department. Student Bookshop was established in 1975 at the Adeliya site by a decision of the University Council and then moved to its present location in Shuwaikh. 

The Department is responsible for supervising the provision of all textbooks for Kuwait  university , following up on all its procedures and supervising the automatic development and updating of the database, including all data on methodological books available in foreign and Arab countries. Postgraduate level. Coordination and follow-up with scientific departments in all scientific and theoretical colleges.

Student Bookshop continuously seeks to develop work in all departments to achieve the desired objectives to reach the highest standards in the Authentic universities. And work according to university regulations and laws to achieve success in the completion of all works. 

The Department assists the Vice President for Academic Services in supporting community service and the Office of the Vice President for Academic Support Services.
